Comfortable base for travelling to Liverpool and sightseeing. Even though the stay was amazing, we didn't like the bed, it was very uncomfortable. The staff here were helpful.
Rooms were slightly cold.

overall great experience. location was amazing, very close to the bombed out church, stuff was brilliantly helpful though we didn't see much of them. the bed was exceptionally comfortable to sleep in. tea and coffee making facilities, a refrigerator, and an oven in the kitchen.

Beautiful apartment, everything nice. The staff was brilliant and were happy to help. Early check-in & easy check-out, perfect service. I had dinner in a GOOD restaurant called Mayflower Restaurant. Tidy place, decent value for money.
